Thank you for shopping with Wonderwear. This policy explains how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50 / $12.99 for orders under $50 — estimated delivery 4-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: $29.99 — estimated delivery 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience if this occurs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.
Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@Wonderwear.com with your order number so we can assist you.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
